Emmy Awards 2018: annunciate le nomination della 70ª edizione

Sono arrivate le nomination della 70ª edizione della cerimonia di premiazione dei Primetime Emmy Awards, che si terrà al Microsoft Theatre di Hollywood, a Los Angeles, il 17 settembre 2018. La cerimonia sarà presentata da Colin Jost e Michael Che del Saturday Night Live.

Il Trono di Spade guida la lista con ben 22 nomination, a seguire Saturday Night Live e Westworld con 21. Ottimo risultato anche per The Handmaid Tale che se ne aggiudica 20.

Netflix ha superato la solita vincente HBO, raccogliendo 112 nomination contro le 108 dell'emittente via cavo, dando vita ad un risultato storico oltre che simbolico: il sorpasso dello streaming sulla TV tradizionale.
